Connecticut medical marijuana certificates are valid for one year and can be renewed online.

A renewal consultation with Leafwell costs $149, and you'll only be charged if approved. Plus, when you use Leafwell to renew your certificate, we'll send you a reminder email one month before your certificate is due to expire to make sure you have time to submit your renewal application online.

2. Speak to a Connecticut-licensed healthcare provider online and get approved.
3. Your provider will submit your certificate directly to the state.

5. Receive your digital medical card via email within 30 days.
