1. Sign in to Leafwell, or if you’re new to Leafwell, register as a renewal patient here.
2. Speak to an Oregon-licensed healthcare provider online and get approved.
3. Download your Attending Provider’s Statement.
4. Complete your renewal application in the Oregon Medical Marijuana Online System and pay the state fee within 90 days.
5. You will receive a 30-day receipt that allows you to access a dispensary for 30 days and your new card in the mail once your application is approved.
