How often do I need to renew my Oregon Medical Marijuana Card?
Oregon medical marijuana certificates are valid for one year and can be renewed online.
Renewal consultations with Leafwell cost $149, and you'll only be charged if approved. Plus, when you renew with Leafwell, we'll remind you 60 days before your certification expires so you have plenty of time to submit your renewal application to the state.
Here's a summary of the renewal process:
- Sign in to Leafwell, or if you’re new to Leafwell, register as a renewal patient here.
- Speak to an Oregon-licensed healthcare provider online and get approved.
- Download your Attending Provider’s Statement.
- Complete your renewal application in the Oregon Medical Marijuana Online System and pay the state fee within 90 days.
- You will receive a 30-day receipt that allows you to access a dispensary for 30 days and your new card in the mail once your application is approved.
