In Louisiana, qualified medical marijuana patients can possess a maximum 30-day supply (total amount determined by healthcare provider) of any of the following products:

• Extracts
• Oils
• Pills
• Tinctures
• Solutions
• Suspensions
• Chewables
• Lotions
• Patches
• Sprays
• Suppositories

Louisiana patients may purchase up to 2.5 ounces of raw cannabis (flower) every 14 days, the maximum amount prescribing pharmacies are permitted to dispense by the State of Louisiana.

It is illegal to cultivate cannabis plants in Louisiana, even for qualifying medical marijuana patients.
