How much cannabis can I possess in Maryland with an MMJ Card?
In Maryland, you can possess up to 120 grams of cannabis flower and 36 grams of THC-infused products over a 30-day rolling period with a valid medical marijuana card. If a larger amount is needed, your certifying provider can approve an allotment increase and recommend a higher limit.
Patients who are 21 and older can cultivate four plants in a single household.
Recreational cannabis is legal in Maryland, and adults 21 and older can possess up to 1.5 ounces of flower, 12 grams of concentrates, and a maximum of 750mg of edibles. Home cultivation is allowed but limited to two plants in a single household regardless of how many adults live there.
