Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Michigan?
Minors under 18 may qualify for a Michigan medical marijuana card with consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian over 21 must be the minor's caregiver.
Michigan law requires minor patients to receive two certifications from two qualified physicians. An online consultation with two Leafwell healthcare providers costs $198. You will not be charged if your child is not approved.
When applying to the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program, the caregiver parent or legal guardian must submit a completed MMMP Minor Application Packet in one envelope.
