Qualified patients in Minnesota with a valid medical marijuana certification can possess a 90-day supply, with the amount determined by the certifying provider.
Adults 21 and older may grow up to eight plants, with no more than four being mature, in a single residence whether they are registered patients or not.
Recreational cannabis is legal in Minnesota, and adults 21 and older may possess up to 2 ounces of flower on their person, 2 pounds of flower in a private residence, 8 grams of concentrate, and a maximum of 800mg of infused edibles.
