Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Delaware?

Minors under 18 can qualify for a Delaware medical marijuana card with consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian who will serve as their caregiver.

Minors must be seen by a pediatric specialist (pediatric neurologist, pediatric gastroenterologist, pediatric oncologist, pediatric psychiatrist, developmental pediatrician, or pediatric palliative care specialist).

Unfortunately, Leafwell cannot currently certify minors. We apologize for any inconvenience.
