In Ohio, you can possess up to a 90-day supply, split between two 45-day periods, with a valid medical marijuana card. Per state law, a patient who purchases a 45-day supply at any time in the first 45 days of their recommendation must wait until the next 45-day fill period to purchase additional medical marijuana. Adults 21 and older may possess up to 2.5 ounces of flower and 15 grams of extracts.

Adults 21 and older can grow up to 6 plants for personal use in an enclosed space. If two or more adults live in the same residence, a maximum of 12 plants is allowed per household.
