How much cannabis can I possess in Utah with an MMJ card?
Utah medical marijuana patients may possess a 30-day supply defined as:
- Up to 113 grams of unprocessed cannabis (flower)
- Up to 20 grams of total composite THC in all other medicinal dosage forms.
Available product types include aerosols, tablets, capsules, concentrated oils, liquid suspensions, transdermals, gelatinous cubes, wax or resin, medical cannabis devices such as vape pens, and unprocessed cannabis flower. However, smoking is not allowed. Edibles like candies, cookies, and brownies are also prohibited.
Cultivation is illegal in Utah, even for patients with a valid medical marijuana card.
